The Freddie Mae Leverston Leadership Foundation (FMLLF) is a non-profit charitable organization whose mission is to promote the overall education and development of students. The Freddie Mae Leverston Leadership Foundation was founded to honor the life, the integrity, and the beauty of Freddie Mae Leverston.  Freddie Mae was a humble and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.  She was a wonderful woman who lived an average life according to the world's standards; however, she lived an extraordinary life if you were privileged to look into her heart.  We proudly honor her life by continuing to dedicate ourselves to making a difference in the World one student at a time.  As a symbol of the life of Freddie Mae Leverston, we chose the Peafowl as it reflects her integrity, her beauty, and her belief in bettering ourselves and the lives of others.

Our Mission
The Freddie Mae Leverston Leadership Foundation (FMLLF) is a non-profit charitable organization whose mission is to promote the overall education and development of students.  Its goal is to be an extension of the students’ curriculum while expanding their personal experiences beyond the classroom. The FMLLF collaborates with the Chicago Public School (CPS) system, the educators in many institutions, and the community, thereby enhancing students’ academic and social experiences.  The FMLLF’s core values – integrity, imagination, inspiration, progressiveness, respectfulness, and teamwork – send a strong message of what is important to the organization and those it serves.  Moreover, FMLLF’s core values are the very foundation of the organization’s ability to assist in the development of productive individuals.

Community Outreach - Alexis and Aaliyah Gifts from the Heart
Alexis and Aaliyah Gifts from the Heart, a community outreach program, gifts new Ty Beanie’s holding a red heart to Pediatric SICU/ICU at RUSH University Medical Center, Chicago. "The Pediatric and Intensive Care Center at Rush Children’s Hospital are dedicated to providing compassionate, specialized care when your child faces a serious illness.

Alexis and Aaliyah Gifts from the Heart, a community outreach program, collaborated with Cook County Health and Hospitals System and made its first donation of TY Beanie babies to infants to John H. Stroger's Neo-Natal ICU (NICU).
